Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the http://scholestrading.com website.

Scholes Trading online shop is available to the trade and private customers aged 18 and over in mainland Finland. International and Åland orders can be done by email or tel. +358452321010. Products that are available to purchase online have price stated including Finnish VAT 24 %. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and prices at any time.

By accessing or using the http://scholestrading.com website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Products

All the products listed in the http://scholestrading.com website are original and removed from new vehicles if not stated otherwise. Therefore some minor signs of use and/or marks due to warehouse storage may occur on the products. No warranty is given or implied.

Any claims can only be made to the part and the part only, no subsequental claims are considered.

Purchases

Products that are available to order through the Scholes Trading online shop have prices stated. If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Scholes Trading online shop add the product to the shopping cart and continue to the checkout. After a successfull order you will receive order confirmation by email.

Products that have not got price stated can be ordered by email or tel. +358452321010.

All the customer details are handled confidentially and not used for any other purpose than processing the order or any other issues regarding the order.

Payment methods

Online orders are paid by bank transfer, please write the order number to the message field.

Shipping

Delivery is free within mainland Finland for the products available to order online.

Any other products, international and Åland orders, email us to confirm a shipping cost.

Shipping will be delivered by Matkahuolto (bussipaketti) or by Schenker in Finland. If the order is delivered by Matkahuolto you will receive a text message when the delivery is available to collect.

Collection from our warehouse is available by appointment.

Delivery time

Delivery times may vary approximately 2-7 working days.

Returns

Prior returning an item you are required to notify Scholes Trading and return it within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. We will send you a Matkahuolto return code in case you are returning an item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be

– unused

– not been fitted

– in the same condition that you received it

– in the original packaging

– in a resellable condition

Attach your contact details and bank details for the refund.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.

You will receive the credit direct to your bank account.

Uncollected Orders

We will charge all the delivery and other expences caused by orders that are left uncollected or returned without notification.

Problems

If the product is damaged while in transport claim needs to be sent to Matkahuolto as soon as possible.

Any losses or damages need to be notified within 1 day of receiving your order.
